Our History

Living Word Christian Fellowship began as a still, small voice in the ears of some devoted followers of Christ.  As our convictions over God's prompting grew stronger, a plan was designed to launch a new work in the Lovingston area. 

In October of 2009, a group of impassioned men, women, and children set out to trust God in doing His will.  Within twenty-four hours of making our intentions known, our first and current space at Nelson Cablevision was offered to us; like manna from heaven, God provided.  By March of 2010, we were ready for our public launch.  Dr. Benjamin Owen provided a charge to the church and challenge to live up to the mission of making reproducing disciples. 

Since those early days, under the leadership of Pastor Todd Peck, God has expanded our space to include the auditorium, four classrooms upstairs, and the basement area.  We give thanks, praise, and glory to God who is Creator, Sustainer, and Provider.
